CONSTRUTEC is the leading trade fair for the construction materials and technologies sector in Europe, hosting biennial event editions in Madrid. The dates for the upcoming show are scheduled from 5th to 8th November 2024 at IFEMA - Fiera de Madrid. Each CONSTRUTEC edition attracts an audience of over 90 000 highly qualified participants from a wide range of construction backgrounds, including representatives from the digital and IT sector.
Next to the unparalleled selection of construction materials, techniques and solutions, the CONSTRUTEC 2024 expo will solidify the presence of the two new sections to reflect the industry’s transition toward a more sustainable future. The new area ConstruTIC will combine the best from IT, automation and control, IoT and VR. At the same time, the Contrutec Zero will focus on energy efficiency and sustainability solutions in the sector.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Most of all , the location was excellent. It was easy to access from the airport by being so close to the main station and the direct trains to the exhibition were very close as well.
The train station proved very good for getting some thing hot to eat after a long day at the exhibition. The large supermarket was in the station as well.
