By using our logistics service, you can skip the involved process of contacting a series of shipping companies, dealing with official event contractors and navigating customs offices. We have at our disposal a partner network of local agents and suppliers, as well as contacts with the dedicated contractors servicing specific fairs and/or venues. Instead of you going through every individual step, we can provide you with a single point of contact for the whole process of transportation. Our company partners with event logistics specialists and can coordinate the pick-up of your shipment from your offices or warehouse, assist with customs clearance and bonded storage. When the shipment arrives at the venue warehouse, we can arrange onsite lifting and material handling to/from your exhibition stand. You would only need to be at your stand on exhibition day to receive it.
