DMEA 2025

DMEA is a well-established European event dedicated to the digital health sector. The annual expo is organised by the Bundesverband Gesundheits-IT (Federal Association for Health IT) and hosted by Messe Berlin. The trade fair is a crucial meeting platform for local and international companies to meet, network, and explore together the future of the digital health economy.

DMEA is a key meeting place for the entire digital healthcare community in Europe and abroad. Representatives from all sector areas, including IT specialists, physicians, hospital and nursing care specialists, executives, decision-makers, researchers, and political experts, come to Berlin annually for a face-to-face meeting.

Around 90% of all more than 18,600 visitors are from Germany, and 10% are from European countries like Switzerland, Austria, the UK, and Norway. Attendees’ profiles include IT professionals, managing directors, hospital product managers, software and business consultants. Visitors’ interests in DMEA are mainly in AI, hospital software, digital health applications, etc.

More than 800 exhibitors from more than 25 countries present their brands, participate in networking events, establish new contacts and gain information on specialised topics.

DMEA has distinguished itself with a well-designed program and multiple side activities and events to enrich attendees’ experience. The main highlights include:
