The 39th edition of the well-known Paris Book Fair (Livre Paris) is scheduled on **20-23 March 2020**. The event stands out with a rich and culturally diverse programme, exploring the **contemporary publishing industry**. Around 160,000 visitors come to the book fair to meet 3,000 contemporary authors.Livre Paris is an important literary festival with a vast and exciting programme. It is a celebration of literature, which promotes national and international guest authors, and highlights their latest accomplishments. Alongside the main stage, there are numerous other themed stages: The Crime Fiction Stage, Young Adult, BD, Manga and Comics Stage, Careers in Books and The Arts Square among others. Each stage offers diverse rendezvous with the publishing world within the most varied formats possible, from the most intimate to the most spectacular. The show features some 250 conferences and debates on the latest literary and editorial news. A central aim of the event is to make strong voices, who aspire to write our future better than the present, heard. In 2020, the** country of honour will be India**.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Most of all , the location was excellent. It was easy to access from the airport by being so close to the main station and the direct trains to the exhibition were very close as well.
The train station proved very good for getting some thing hot to eat after a long day at the exhibition. The large supermarket was in the station as well.
