Horecava is the largest Dutch event for the food, beverage and service industry in RAI Amsterdam on an annual basis. Between 9th – 12th January Horevaca 2023 will jumpstart the hospitality industry meetings after suffering Covid-19 related event cancellations for two consecutive years.
Horecava Amsterdam will host over 2,000 exhibitors whose showcase for the hospitality industry will be arranged into segments including Bakery & Pastry Shop, Cold and Warm drinks, large kitchen, Fast service, Food & Wine pairings and many more. Participants to Horecava represent over 40 000 HoReCa firms coming from all food and beverage sectors. Horecava organisers also plan a rich supporting programme enabling B2B meetings between suppliers and buyers and networking opportunities per F&B sector. Some of the side activities at Horecava 2023 are Marketing Breakfast Club and the Festive Ceremony, honouring the Horecava Innovation Award winners. Must attend are also the TrendLAB where industry experts will discuss sustainability solutions for the sector and hybrid catering among other pressing topics; the OneUNIT cocktail competition challenging bartenders to make first-class beverage mixes and the Start-upLAB illuminating dozens of passionate entrepreneurs in the food industry.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Most of all , the location was excellent. It was easy to access from the airport by being so close to the main station and the direct trains to the exhibition were very close as well.
The train station proved very good for getting some thing hot to eat after a long day at the exhibition. The large supermarket was in the station as well.
