Oktoberfest is the world’s biggest public folk festival. Everybody knows about it! Oktoberfest has been gathering international visitors since 1997 to celebrate the old Bavarian tradition of brewing and beer drinking, eating delicious food and having fun under the sun.

What makes it special
Oktoberfest is known for its welcoming atmosphere, the diversity of people you meet and the multiple exciting activities. Oktoberfest is held every year in the 414,000 sq m open area of Messe Munich. There are big and small festival tents that serve various beers and typical Bavarian food and delicacies.
Oktoberfest also offers different festival rides and games for everyone to enjoy. There are fast rollercoasters, Ferris wheels, merry-go-rounds, and so much more!
