Salon de Gourmets (also referred to as Salon Gourmets or SG) is one of the leading exhibitions of fine food and beverages worldwide. The 38th edition of Salon Gourmets is scheduled for 7 - 10 April 2025. IFEMA - Feria de Madrid will welcome nearly 2000 exhibitors who will display over 50,000 premium products. More than 106,000 trade visitors will attend Salon de Gourmets 2025.
The SG 2025 exhibition will encompass four main sectors - Food, Drinks and Beverages, Publishing Houses, and Related Services and Equipment. The extensive range of Salon de Gourmets will cover everything from foie gras, charcuterie, cheeses, wine and coffee infusions, to tableware and catering machinery. F&B professionals at the fair will discover new suppliers and exciting developments in the gourmet world. Over 1,300 product launches will delight attendees.
Salon Gourmets 2025 will feature around 1000 thematic activities. The traditional Wine Tunnel will present Spanish wineries through tastings and introductory classes. The Innovation Area will focus on trendy gourmet products and advanced production technologies. MAPA The Tastiest Country in the World will reveal the best Spanish quality labels via a series of conference sessions, presentations and slow cooking demonstrations.The EVOO Tunnel will promote extra virgin olive oil varieties.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Most of all , the location was excellent. It was easy to access from the airport by being so close to the main station and the direct trains to the exhibition were very close as well.
The train station proved very good for getting some thing hot to eat after a long day at the exhibition. The large supermarket was in the station as well.
