SERBOTEL is regarded as a key professional catering, bakery and pastry, food service and hotel fair that gathers local and international professionals from the catering, hospitality and food industries under one roof. The trade expo is a biennial event founded back in 1985 and organised by EXPONANTES. The upcoming 21st edition will take place at Parc des Expositions - Nantes between 19 and 22 October 2025.
SERBOTEL 2025 will welcome more than 30,000 professionals such as bakers, pastry chefs, butchers, caterers, hoteliers, cellar men, decorators, restaurateurs and chefs from commercial and institutional catering. During the four-day event, leading suppliers and manufacturers will present their new products and services in front of professional exhibitors and visitors.
The 2025 trade show will feature a rich program, including culinary demonstrations, cooking competitions, and conferences on the latest sector topics and trends. All attendees will have the opportunity to exchange professional know-how, create new business contacts, and express their culinary mastery.
