Information

SIAL network of F&B and hospitality events hosts trade fairs. Apart from SIAL Middle East – in Abu Dhabi, the SIAL network hosts the exhibition in 8 other important economic urban centres: Las Vegas, Montreal, Toronto, Shanghai, Shenzhen, New Delhi, Jakarta and Paris.

Since 2022 onwards the organisers - Comexposium and ADNEC decided to discontinue the SIAL event edition in Abu Dhabi. ICapital events will produce its own Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition.

Who can you meet there

Regular visitors are businesses and star-ups looking to enter the MENA region food market. Date fruit, food and beverage and hospitality service providers also join each edition of SIAL ME. Top decision-makers and regional government officials conduct the opening speeches or present at the award ceremonies. Visitors can also meet and learn from renowned Michelin Star Chefs hailing from around the globe.
