SITEVI is regarded as a key international trade show for wine, vine, olive, fruit and vegetable growing and production processes. The forthcoming edition will be held from 25 to 27 November 2025 at Parc des Expositions, Montpellier. The three-day fair will run daily from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
SITEVI 2025 will feature topics related to the challenges and opportunities in the wine, fruit, and olive sectors, as well as the latest innovations and practical solutions. The following main sectors and topics will be in focus:
- Vine: various equipment; plants and vine nursery; new technologies and sustainable development solutions;
- Wine: winery and wine processing equipment; wine packaging and distribution;
- Arboriculture: tools and machinery for green spaces and forests; new precision agricultural technologies; tools and equipment for harvesting, preserving, and packaging fruits, vegetables, and olives;
- Olive: equipment for soil processing and maintenance; plant protection products and fertilisers; renewable energies and sustainable solutions.
The 2025 exhibition will emphasise innovation and new technologies, and highlight their role in industry advancement. For this reason, a specialised place devoted to New Technologies will be hosted. Different seminars and workshops will educate professionals on the latest good practices.
