TASTE 2025

Being part of the Pitti Immagine events, TASTE is a leading Italian trade fair for delicious food, wine, and contemporary food culture. The annual expo attracts thousands of food professionals and master chefs, culinary experts, leading F&B brands and culinary companies to display their products to a large local and international audience of food enthusiasts and buyers. The 18th edition of TASTE will be carried out between 8 and 10 February 2025 at Fortezza da Basso, Florence.

TASTE 2025 will be held under the motto Born under the Sign of Taste and offer the attendees a wonderful experience of food, wine and constellations focusing on contemporary enogastronomy. Fortezza da Basso’s halls expect to welcome more than 700 Italian and overseas companies, displaying their finest culinary and wine productions and typical cultural heritage. Exciting gourmet dishes, various exotic tastes and aromas, and supplementary drinks will turn the place into a celebration for the senses.

TASTE 2025 will surprise visitors with the concept of a magical culinary journey, delicious food and drinks, constellations and many more. New exhibition zones like the Monumental Areas and the Lorenesi Constructions will attract attention with themes such as heroic wines, new consumption trends, etc. Other highlights of the expo’s program will be the Taste Talks, Taste Itineraries, live demonstrations, taste tastings, and meetings with experts. All side events are tailored to enhance visitors’ experience during the trade fair.
