Functioning since October 2003, the modern Fiera di Bergamo boasts 21,000 sq m of indoor exhibition area and 35,000 sq m of outdoor exhibition space. The venue consists of two multi-purpose pavilions, a congress centre, a central gallery, a service centre, offices and a restaurant. Several relaxation areas are available both indoors and in the open air.
Due to its proximity to the Il Caravaggio international airport and the city of Milan, the exhibition complex benefits of easy connections to 130 major cities in 35 countries. Fiera di Bergamo’s location near the city centre presents any visitor with the opportunity to explore the heart of Bergamo. Known for its rich historic and cultural heritage, the city has much to offer - medieval, Renaissance and Gothic façades, narrow stone-paved streets, charming squares and gardens, art galleries and museums.
The venue is set on the Bergamo ring road and can be accessed by car via the A4 Milan-Venice motorway (the Bergamo and Seriate exits). There are 2800 parking spaces for automobiles and more than a dozen parking spaces for buses.
Alternatively, Fiera di Bergamo can be reached by public transport. Bus line 1 is the most convenient link to the centrally located hotels and attractions of Bergamo, as well as the Il Caravaggio airport. The Lunga 30 Fiera bus stop is within a 5-minute walk of the entrance.
