Divided into ten distinct trade shows, Anuga offers unparalleled breadth and depth for the food and beverage industry. Explore the world of beverages at Anuga Drinks or discover the latest trends in frozen food at Anuga Frozen Food. Anuga Dairy delves into dairy products, while Anuga Bread & Bakery highlights the art of baking. Anuga Chilled & Fresh Food focuses on fresh produce, while Anuga Hot Beverages keeps you warm with coffee, tea, and cocoa. For those seeking sustainable options, Anuga Organic offers a dedicated platform. Finally, Anuga Out of Home caters to the food service and catering industries.
In addition to this comprehensive product range, several international food show trend themes explore significant topics for the global F&B market. Fairtrade, gourmet, private labels, vegan, kosher and halal products are some of the many themes explored at the show.
Anuga has embraced the evolving industry landscape. Recognising the lasting impact of COVID-19, they pioneered a hybrid event format in 2021, introducing the permanent digital platform Anuga @home. This innovative approach fosters vibrant industry connections and ensures a constantly buzzing food and beverage ecosystem.
In line with its top theme Sustainable Growth, the upcoming Anuga 2025 will launch a new platform - Anuga Alternatives. It is the trade show’s response to the food industry’s developments in regard to meat alternatives. The product range will cover algae protein, mushroom-based protein, plant-based protein, cell-cultivated protein, and more. The accompanying programme will comprise panels and workshops addressing the scientific, technical, socio-economic and ethical aspects of alternative food solutions.
In 2025, Anuga will return to Messe Cologne with an optimised structure, facilitating the route between the various segments and reinforcing the synergies between them. The Anuga Out of Home will be discontinued as an autonomous trade show area. Instead, its features will be integrated into the other corresponding segments, to improve their visibility.
