FERMEX JAPAN 2025

FERMEX JAPAN is an annual specialised event for fermented and brewed foods and beverages. It gathers local and international attendees from the F&B sector in one place to showcase their recent offerings, discover the sector’s trends and establish new potential partnerships. Tokyo Big Sight will open doors to more than 36,000 visitors coming to the 2025 edition from 16 to 18 July.

FERMEX JAPAN 2025 will focus on all aspects of the fermented and brewed food industry. The exhibition will secure a perfect place for decision-makers and leading experts to connect and discuss ways to improve sector development.

The expo displayed items fall into 4 specialised areas:

• Fermented and Brewing Food Products, Ingredients Area: showcases various fermented foods, ingredients, and microorganisms such as traditional vinegar, miso, soy sauce, pickles, kimchi, dairy products, koji, yeast, lactic acid bacteria, etc.;
• Fermented and Brewing Food Machinery Area: features rice washing machines, rice steaming machines, fermenters, sterilisation tools and devices, packaging machinery, and more;
• Research and Development Area: displays microbiome analysis equipment, measurement devices, component analysis equipment, etc.;
• HACCP and Infection Control Area: highlights food poisoning and infection prevention products, antibacterial products, HACCP management systems, etc.

FERMEX JAPAN 2025 will offer a rich side program that includes educational information and discussions, more than 50 seminars and other activities to expand attendees’ knowledge and give them useful insights.
