Trade visitors and exhibitors are excitedly awaiting the start of the PLMA 2025 edition. The new official dates were confirmed shortly after the completion of the 2024 in-person meeting, and participants are already rushing to save a spot for the next event. The PLMA 2025 trade fair will be held at the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre between 20 and 21 May 2025.
The World of Private Label International Trade Show will bring together retailers and leading manufacturers under one roof to help them discover and explore innovative products, forge new business connections, and expand their knowledge and skills to succeed and grow their businesses. Over the course of two days, PLMA 2025 will host a large display of unique food and non-food products and solutions in several themed halls. There will also be over 60 national and regional pavilions spread across the entire venue floor, where you will find everything from frozen foods to garden supplies and specialised cosmetics. PLMA 2025 will offer a rich activity programme with various workshops, speaker sessions, and supporting events to boost business networking and knowledge exchange. Further information about the complete trade fair schedule will be provided soon!
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to attend PLMA 2025! This leading event is set to attract numerous participants from different countries, which could make hotel reservations quite difficult if not done in time. We strongly recommend making your reservations early to secure the best accommodation options. ExpoBeds, our trusted event accommodation agency, offers high-quality service and access to the latest hotel and BnB offers near the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre and other locations. If interested, please contact our ExpoBeds team for more information and you can receive a customised free hotel quote for the PLMA 2025 dates.
The World of Private Label international exhibition is frequented by decision makers from some 120 countries. Retailers constitute a large percentage of them, albeit representing different types of establishments - department stores, super- and hypermarkets, discounters, drugstores, etc. During PLMA they connect with manufacturers operating with private labels (either exclusively or in addition to the products for their own brand).
The appearance of more than 60 regional and international pavilions at PLMA Amsterdam proves the significance of the event on the global stage.

Once again, The PLMA Matchmaker will enable participants to effectively organise their business meetings at PLMA 2021 Amsterdam. Other important features of the trade fair include PLMA’s New Product Expo highlighting innovative products, as well as the PLMA Idea Supermarket where international retailers demonstrate their approach to private label products and packaging.
The venue will place food and non-food items in separate halls to optimise visitor’s time at the fair.
