Fi Europe 2025
In 2025, Fi Europe will return to the capital of France. The next edition of the stellar trade show for food ingredients will be held from 2 to 4 December 2025 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. It will connect more than 1,500 exhibitors and close to 25,000 professional visitors. Over 135 countries will be represented, which will enable Fi Europe 2025 participants to access exciting new markets or suppliers.
The comprehensive Fi Europe 2025 exhibition will unveil groundbreaking innovations in the areas of food technology and food production optimisation. A wide range of food ingredients will be available, with natural, organic, plant-based and health ingredients taking centre stage. FI Europe was first organised in 1986 in Maarsen, the Netherlands. Fi Europe (which stands for Food Ingredients Europe) is an annual professional meeting of the food industry. In recent years, the event has been hosted in either Frankfurt, Germany or Paris, France. Currently, the FI Global Network spans 5 continents, hosting annual editions in Europe, Africa, Asia, South and North America. The trade show takes place alongside the Health Ingredients Europe exhibition, also known as Hi Europe.
